Wow the food and the presentation were simply amazing. The staff and ambiance are a charm. We just moved to Granby from Montreal and were worried about losing great restaurant experiences. Well Pavane has nothing to envy to MTL restaurants. We will be back often.

Happiness: a dining room offering refined cuisine on a Thursday lunchtime. Lucky Granbyans. Exceptional menu, generous portions, full of flavors and respect for the product while offering originality in the mixture of flavors. Impressed by Isabelle's service, hats off to chef Francois Cote and his team without forgetting Elsie Gelinas the sommelier who offers us a wise choice. Only praise for this restaurant. Loved our lunch at Pavane! The food is all about great-tasting classics, done really well—simple, delicious, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The vibe is cozy and laid-back, and the service was super friendly. Just a really solid spot for a nice meal. We’ll definitely be back.

We went there on a Saturday evening for a couple's dinner. It was really delicious! The service was good and we received good advice. We had the oysters and gnocchi as starters and the rib steak and scallops as meals. We pushed the bill by having the St-Raphaelle biscuit for dessert and it was a great finale to our meal!

Best restaurant ever!!! A1 service. VERY tasty and succulent meals! I HIGHLY suggest the salmon tartare...it's sublime. A very good experience every time!
